Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently to move stock.
- Execute pick, pack, and ship duties with high accuracy and speed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
- Perform basic data entry and quality checks on incoming/outgoing merchandise.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required.
