We are currently hiring an experienced Night Shift Logistics Coordinator for a Direct Hire position in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is an urgent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to manage supply chain operations during the evening hours, ensuring timely deliveries and optimal inventory accuracy.
Role Overview:
As part of our night operations team, you will be the bridge between the warehouse floor and management. You will oversee the flow of goods, manage shipping schedules, and ensure our logistics network runs smoothly 24/7.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipping schedules for the night shift.
- Monitor inventory levels and perform cycle counts to ensure data accuracy.
- Communicate with carriers and drivers regarding delays or special handling requirements.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are followed on the warehouse floor.
- Generate and review shipping logs and reports for management review.
- Train junior staff on proper documentation and handling procedures.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and troubleshoot logistics issues in real-time.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination.
- Experience working the night shift is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification (will train if not currently certified).
