Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, verifying inventory accuracy against shipping manifests.
- Stock shelves, organize warehouse aisles, and maintain a clean workspace.
- Perform regular equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies at all times.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Valid Forklift Operator certification (if applicable) or willingness to obtain one.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
