Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure safety and compliance.
- Accurately pick, pack, and label orders to meet customer specifications.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Valid driver's license (not always required for all roles, but preferred).
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
