Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with 99% accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and inventory systems.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience in logistics or warehousing is preferred but we provide training for the right candidates.
