Responsibilities
- Provide tier-one technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues via phone and email.
- Assist clients with account setup, navigation, and feature explanation.
- Document customer interactions and technical resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the senior engineering team to escalate complex technical tickets.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer client inquiries accurately.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Perform routine system checks and updates during off-peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, and common office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote/hybrid setting.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous experience in a support or customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
