Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols to protect company infrastructure
- Manage cloud services (AWS/Azure) and on-premise server environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Conduct system audits and recommend performance improvements
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) and automation knowledge
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and container technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours for on-call support rotation
