Responsibilities
- System Maintenance: Oversee critical system maintenance and security patches during low-traffic hours to minimize disruption.
- Code Development: Design and implement scalable backend services using Java and Microservices architecture.
- Debugging: Investigate and resolve complex technical issues reported by the support team during the night shift.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the QA team to ensure code quality and deploy hotfixes efficiently.
- Optimization: Monitor database performance and optimize queries to ensure high-speed data retrieval.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend systems.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and SQL.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to code excellence.
