Role Overview
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable software applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features, improve system performance, and ensure high-quality code delivery.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Lead architectural decisions and code reviews to ensure best practices and scalability.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript (React/Vue preferred).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Deep understanding of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
