Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls and resolve customer inquiries within SLA targets
- Process transactions, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain detailed case documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Utilize CRM software to update customer profiles and track interactions
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities and meet monthly performance metrics
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to de-escalate tense situations
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends if required
- Strong typing speed (40+ WPM) and active listening capabilities
