Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
