Responsibilities
- Respond to high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates accurately in our CRM system.
- Assist customers in navigating products and services to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Adhere to company policies and compliance standards at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required for our immediate hiring drive.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, professional speaking voice.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web browsers.
- The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, if required.
- A reliable computer and high-speed internet connection for remote/on-site hybrid options.
