Responsibilities
- Manage Inquiries: Respond to customer calls, emails, and chat messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve Issues: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or technical issues to ensure high satisfaction.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Process Orders: Assist customers with placing new orders, processing returns, and handling payments.
- Product Support: Educate customers on our products and services to help them make informed decisions.
- Team Collaboration: Work with supervisors and peers to improve service processes and team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computers and MS Office software.
- Attitude: A positive, patient, and customer-first mindset.
- Reliability: Ability to work full-time shifts, including weekends.
- Problem Solving: Basic ability to troubleshoot and find solutions.
