Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport freight safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory in designated storage areas to ensure accuracy.
- Perform daily safety inspections of equipment and workspaces to maintain OSHA compliance.
- Assist in the preparation and sealing of shipments for local and regional delivery.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and quality standards.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
