Responsibilities
- Lead weekend shift teams to achieve daily production and safety targets
- Implement process improvements for warehouse efficiency and accuracy
- Conduct performance evaluations and develop team members' skills
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics activities with day-shift managers
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Manage inventory control systems and resolve discrepancies
- Generate shift performance reports and action plans
- Collaborate with HR on weekend staffing and scheduling
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- Proven track record in weekend shift management
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Advanced proficiency in WMS and inventory management software
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
- Flexibility for weekend/holiday shifts as required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations preferred
