Responsibilities
- Oversee all night shift warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates, ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Optimize workflow efficiency and resolve operational bottlenecks during peak hours
- Conduct regular quality checks and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless transition and process improvement
- Implement safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance across all operations
- Handle urgent client requests and coordinate with transportation teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience with night shift supervision
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Advanced proficiency in warehouse management software (e.g., WMS, SAP)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills for coordinating across departments
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
