Responsibilities
- Provide immediate technical troubleshooting and support for hardware and software issues during weekend hours.
- Manage and maintain on-site server infrastructure and network connectivity.
- Monitor system alerts and perform necessary maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Document technical tickets and update status reports for the incoming week.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software patches as needed.
- Collaborate with the central support team to escalate complex issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work a strict weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Experience with basic networking and hardware troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are mandatory.
