Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical support to end-users via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, macOS) and peripherals.
- Manage and track help desk tickets in the ticketing system.
- Conduct basic network administration and security patching.
- Assist in the deployment of new workstations and mobile devices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support or Help Desk roles.
