Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote access.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Log and manage all support tickets in our ticketing system (Zendesk/Jira).
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and resolve complex technical bugs.
- Conduct onboarding training for new hardware and software deployments.
- Maintain accurate documentation of known issues and solutions.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
