Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure and network performance during off-hours.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone and email to end-users.
- Log and track all help desk tickets in the CRM system with high accuracy and detail.
- Perform routine system backups, updates, and security patches to ensure system integrity.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to hand off unresolved issues and document effective solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to company security protocols and data privacy regulations.
- Respond to critical alerts and resolve incidents within SLA (Service Level Agreement) guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical role.
- Must be available to work the night shift (Night Shift) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) is a plus.
