Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency while maintaining service standards
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth targets

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 6+ months customer service or call center experience

- Availability to work evenings/weekends (20-30 hours/week)
