Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing and service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Update customer records in our CRM database
- Collaborate with support team to resolve escalated cases
- Identify upsell opportunities for community services
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction metrics
- Participate in weekly team training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Ability to work 20-25 hours weekly (evenings/weekends)
- Positive attitude under pressure
- Valid Ohio driver's license (preferred)
