Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ team members during overnight operations (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Optimize workflow efficiency for daily shipping/receiving targets
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain accident-free environment
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and performance reviews
- Manage inventory control systems and cycle counts
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP experience a plus)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
