Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ team members during overnight shifts with precision
- Optimize warehouse workflows for maximum efficiency
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless transitions
- Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate documentation
- Resolve operational issues using data-driven solutions

Qualifications
- 3+ years in warehouse/supply chain management
- Proven night shift leadership experience
- Forklift certification required
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Advanced knowledge of WMS systems
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license with clean record
