Responsibilities
- Supervise 12-15 night shift staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Oversee order picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet 99.5% accuracy targets
- Conduct daily safety audits and implement OSHA compliance protocols
- Optimize warehouse layout and inventory management systems for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless 24/5 operations
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage technology systems including WMS and RF scanning equipment
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Proven night shift leadership in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Advanced proficiency in WMS and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI-driven operations
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
