Responsibilities
- Perform accurate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of products to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Verify inventory accuracy using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any shipping discrepancies or delays.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations during night operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) consistently.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and invoices accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
