Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments: Safely handle freight and materials using standard equipment and proper lifting techniques.
- Inventory Management: Accurately count, tag, and track incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure stock accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and precision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling machinery as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet company quality standards before shipment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available for full-time or part-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Documentation: Valid Driver’s License and proof of eligibility to work in the US.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
