Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Respond to customer questions and concerns via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Process Transactions: Accurately handle orders, returns, and data entry to ensure seamless operations during the night shift.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain strict adherence to company protocols and quality standards to ensure a top-tier customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with morning shift staff and management to ensure continuity of service.
- Adaptability: Flexibly handle peak hours and unexpected volume spikes with a positive attitude.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliability: Must be dependable and able to commit to a consistent night shift schedule.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computer systems and navigating web-based tools.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation is required to commute to the Philadelphia facility.
