Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently during peak weekend hours.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our POS system.
- Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organized and well-maintained.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance targets.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
