Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of enterprise clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategic check-ins to understand client goals and pain points.
- Act as the subject matter expert on our products, providing training and resources to internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to identify upsell opportunities and improve service offerings.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed monthly reports on account health.
- Resolve complex client escalations efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Account Executive roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts simply.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retention and growth targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
