Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Resolve complex issues and escalate problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Ensure all customer interactions are logged accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Provide product and service information to customers to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience (retail, call center, or logistics experience is a plus).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
