Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure continuity of service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or call center environments.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
