Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve complex technical issues using CRM tools and knowledge base resources
- Process orders, returns, and service requests with precision and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated customer concerns
- Maintain detailed records in Salesforce and update customer profiles in real-time
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Meet key performance metrics: response time, resolution rate, and CSAT scores
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in tech or retail sector
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication with empathetic problem-solving approach
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends (15-25 hrs/week)
