Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls regarding customer inquiries and technical support.
- Resolve complex customer issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly performance KPIs.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account status.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
