Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming calls and emails regarding technical products and services.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently using our CRM software and standard operating procedures.
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate customer records in the database.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
- Escalate complex cases to senior management while keeping the customer informed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and rotate shifts if required.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
