Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 night shift team members, ensuring safety compliance and productivity targets
- Coordinate receiving, inventory management, and shipping operations
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance coordination
- Implement process improvements to optimize workflow efficiency
- Handle employee scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operations handover
- Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Valid New Mexico driver's license
- Spanish fluency highly desirable
- Experience with OSHA reporting procedures
