Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire supply chain process, including planning, sourcing, logistics, and inventory management.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on production schedules and delivery timelines.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and vendors.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain analysts and coordinators.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
