Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues regarding orders and deliveries.
- Perform inventory counts and update stock records in the system.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid state-issued ID or Driver’s License.
