Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse facility using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Manage inventory using handheld scanners and warehouse management software to ensure accuracy.
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
- Assist in packing, labeling, and preparing orders for carrier pickup.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
