Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage team of 10-15 warehouse associates with performance reviews and training
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Optimize inventory control systems and implement process improvements
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless supply chain integration
- Generate daily operational reports for management review
- Resolve equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance schedules
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Florida driver's license required
- Associates degree in Logistics or related field preferred
- Spanish bilingual a plus
