Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders and shipping labels.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before processing and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized and free of hazards to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and shipping orders.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we train motivated candidates).
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the San Diego facility.
