Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on urgency and accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Update customer records and maintain detailed documentation of interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available for part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends.
