Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required; some college preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and friendly tone.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required for remote roles.
