- Enter and maintain accurate customer data in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
- Participate in daily team huddles and performance review meetings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for top candidates.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work a flexible night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Reliable transportation (mandatory).
