Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist clients with product setup, troubleshooting, and general account management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system regarding customer interactions and issues.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and ensure resolution.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and product proficiency.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product features.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support, sales, or administrative assistance is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting (San Jose or Virginia).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
