Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shifts.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in the CRM system.
- Follow established scripts and procedures to ensure consistent service quality.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow and issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to meet KPI targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
