Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on rapid response times.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account updates within our CRM system.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new team members and provide training support.
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify process improvements and enhance the customer experience.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, support, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by business needs.
