Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive, empathetic demeanor.
- Accurately input and update customer data into the CRM database.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refund requests in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service quality.
- Assist in training new hires and onboarding processes as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
