Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer calls with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
- Accurately enter customer data, order information, and service requests into our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records of daily activities.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your customer base.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (35+ WPM).
- Able to work full-time hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable internet connection (for remote/hybrid options).
