Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Document all customer interactions and issues in our CRM system efficiently.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in training new hires and share best practices with the support team.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during high-volume periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends as part of the rotation.
